ABOUT ME
My name is Sophie Tabone. I hold two professional certifications: one as an IntelliCoach (Life Coach) from the Coach Training Academy run by Steve Kiges and BJ Radomski, and another as a Trauma-Informed Coach from the Coach Training School run by Feroshia Knight. I am also working to get my International Coaching Federation Certificate and incorporate the ICF rules within my coaching ethos and program.
You may be wondering why you should trust me as your coach?
Because I have been where you are. I have walked through darkness and come out the other side stronger, more resilient, and with a renewed sense of hope, light, and love for life. While my experiences were painful, I am grateful for the traumas I endured because they shaped me into the person I am today. Without them, I would not have developed the depth of insight, resilience, and inner strength that now allow me to support others so effectively.
This is why I created Fati Amor, a reworking of Nietzsche’s concept of Amor Fati, which means embracing suffering as an essential part of what makes us stronger and more resilient in the present. Through Fati Amor, I offer my lived experience, skills, and guidance to help those who feel stuck in the shadows find their way back toward the light.
I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space, tailoring strategies, techniques, and methodologies to support your individual goals. Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, CPTSD, or other challenges, I help you understand not only what you are experiencing, but why and how it is affecting you. I also support clients in developing effective conflict-management strategies for dealing with high-conflict or toxic personalities in their lives.
The regulation and healing techniques I use include somatic breathing, grounding exercises, journaling, art therapy, tapping, and principles drawn from polyvagal theory.

1 hour Trauma Informed Intro Call
Trauma-informed coaching provides a gentle, supportive space that acknowledges how past experiences can impact the nervous system, emotions, and patterns in everyday life.
These sessions are guided by an understanding of how stress and trauma can shape the way we think, feel, and respond to the world. The focus is on creating safety, regulation, and self-awareness so that change and growth can happen in a way that feels sustainable and supportive.
In trauma-informed coaching we may explore:
-
Understanding your nervous system and stress responses
-
Identifying emotional patterns and triggers
-
Developing tools for grounding and self-regulation
-
Building a sense of safety within the body
-
Creating compassionate awareness around past experiences
-
Moving forward at a pace that respects your capacity
Trauma-informed coaching is not therapy and does not replace mental health treatment.
However, it can be a powerful complement to therapy or a supportive space for those wanting to understand themselves more deeply and develop healthier ways of relating to their thoughts, emotions, and body.
These sessions are ideal if you want a slower, more attuned approach to personal growth, where emotional safety and nervous system awareness are part of the process.
1 hour Life-Coaching Intro Call
Life coaching is a forward-focused, goal-oriented conversation designed to help you gain clarity, direction, and momentum in your life.
In these sessions, we explore where you currently are and where you want to go. Together, we work on identifying your goals, overcoming limiting beliefs, and creating practical steps that move you toward the life you want to build.
Life coaching can support areas such as:
-
Personal growth and self-development
-
Life direction and decision making
-
Confidence and mindset shifts
-
Career or purpose exploration
-
Creating healthier habits and routines
-
Navigating life transitions
Life coaching is not therapy. Rather than focusing primarily on healing past experiences, it focuses on helping you move forward with intention, clarity, and accountability.
These sessions are ideal if you feel ready to create change and would like support, guidance, and structured reflection to help you move toward your goals.
